The Califfi Palace

The main town square is not a part of the medieval town. Apart from its clock tower, the early 18th century Baroque palace of the Califfi family stands out. Today it is the site of the Heritage Museum of the town of Rovinj. A beautiful Baroque four-storey building is emphasized by its red facade with four rows of rectangular windows, the interrupted stone portal on the ground floor and the second floor balcony.
